Even into the 4th quarter I said no way. Falcon D-line was just dominating the whole game and the Pats were dropping balls left and right, plus the clanked PAT. It just wasn't meant to be their night. And then Tom Brady turned into Tom Brady. Fucking amazing. GOAT status solidified.
 
Falcons totally humiliated, will never recover! Void in the NFC!
 
Brady would not be denied, even when his own teammates kept letting him down, he would not let them lose. It was remarkable.
 
Falscons are now poised for a quality 8-8 season next year
 
And remember this was without Gronk. If he is back next year they very may well be right back here.

May? Of fucking course they will. They will be able to sleepwalk through that dog shit division, the only AFC teams that will possibly be contenders next year are Oakland , KC, and maybe Denver if they find a QB.
 
And the teams with promising young QBs in the AFC like the Titans and Colts have shitty coaches.

Well, last year the lay an egg in Miami, lose home field to Denver, never know, but add Gronk back in and you have a really dominant team. Never thought they'd have enough to win without him this year.

Falcons lost this game because they could no longer move the ball. Credit the Pats defense. All everyone is going to talk about is Brady, but the defense is why they won the game.
 
This was worse IMO. In no single game were the Warriors in as commanding a position as the Falcons were tonight, or anywhere close.

And Golden State kinda has the title the year before to fall back on
