Would be surprised if Manning tied up 2 scholarships for 3 years, but it states:

I remember thanking Coach Odom for recruiting nice, articulate young men who represented Wake well during interviews (unlike the unintelligible ones given by so many others). Wiggins seems like he fits that bill nicely. He certainly was more on the mark than the interviewer....

really good interview with manning on evan daniels podcast. they spoke for about 30 minutes and manning talked pretty in depth about wake recruiting strategies and a little about the players in the 2017 class.
