Totally Unofficial 2017/18 Premier League Thread (NWT)

Best united side in years. Will be interesting how they stack up vs a quality team, west ham offered nothing. Still, I'm convinced.
 
West Ham look not good. Impressive performance by ManU.
 
Well, ugly performance from my boys, but whatever. I think Man U will challenge for the title (I had them runners-up on my predictions), and we probably would have lost this fixture anyways (lost 9 out of the last 10 there). Sucks to lose 0-4, but our team will look different 1) against not top two opponents, and 2) with several starters back from injuries. Ayew sucks, Fernandes is a squad player, Noble is slow/Declan Rice is 18. Put Lanzini, Antonio, Kouyate in those positions and we are much better. And if he ever returns, put Carroll alongside Chicharito or Sakho. We'll be better. I still think top ten is a realistic goal.
 
Props to Big Rom but the grab and kiss the badge shit needs to go. Let's be honest, mercenaries have no real allegiances.

West Ham aren't a poor side but United were firing on all cylinders today, and, as you mentioned, West Ham were without some key players. Arnautovic also needs to be blended into the side, which will take some time.
 
Love Slaven Bilic. West Ham need to lock him down to a new contract.

I would suggest more bandwagon Liverpool fans than MUFC fans here based on evidence of posters, btw. And you just like teams with American players. Bandwagon in its own right.
