MBB Game 23: NC State @ LJVM -- Saturday 4 pm - ACCN

I hope convincing Carr to come back for another year is a top priority.

Carr is an unsung hero. A great example of what playing for Steve Forbes can do for a players career if he is willing to put in the hard work. Same for Cam. Despite his over-exuberance at times there is no player in the league that plays like their underwear is on fire. 2 great Deacs!!

Gotta be an entire industry over marketing to folks who just got two shots deep. I love it.
Once had a roommate fall into ggw. We were housed watching late night TV and the commercial came on. I did not catch him picking up the phone, dialing, making the initial connection... I just heard him reading cc numbers. Oops. Many. Many. Disc's later...

That was an EFTON of fun watching him try and cancel. Lots of laughs (for me) over long ass phone calls.

Think I saw Chaundee Brown walking around post-game. If it wasn't him it was his twin brother.

What a great game today. Can't remember many that were as simultaneously maddening, infuriating, exciting and fun. Great, gutty win by the Deacs. Sallis was amazing, Cam tough as nails, Reid as steady as can be, Boopie played a really good 2nd half (except for those free throws) after an abysmal 1st half and Carr continues to be (as someone said earlier) the unsung hero of the group. Great call by Forbes to go to Carr down low and exploit the matchup when we absolutely had to have a bucket. I understand the metrics and small sample sizes, but impossible to watch this team recently and think this isn't a tournament team.

I don’t understand how someone in his late teens / early 20s with a workout regimen like a college basketball player can be that heavy, unless he’s trying.
It’s really quite strange. He’s so talented and if he just transformed with some muscle he could make a lot of money somewhere on this planet.

a very funny thing Ithought I saw at the game and confirmed on the replay is that Burns doesn’t even jump to try to contest the opening tip

man, watching that replay of the Sallis alley oop of the timeout...that was a nice play and a horrible defensive reaction by Horne.
