I've been eating healthy this week. If I scarf a pizza down, that will get things moving. Always happens.
 
Also not a daily pooper tbh, sometimes it happens once a day (only go multiple times a day if I'm sick or have had some realllly fuck-around-and-find-out spicy food the night before), but sometimes it's 2-3 or even 4 days between poops. Highly variable.
