The position postings also list a closing date of 4 PM April 8. I am sure that date can be revised for the right person. Chill would just barely meet the experience requirement for assistant coach.

I hope Danny Manning is given free rein to hire whomever he wants as his assistants. If it is his guys from Tulsa, he has worked with them and is comfortable with them. I hope he can find another good coach from the Kansas/Self tree.

If any of the currently listed Wake coaches apply, I hope they are evaluated on their own merit, not because they have ties to Wake.
