Are there any surprises on this list - guys who wouldn't look like they would make it based on numerical rankings? Anyone ranked lower than Chaundee make it?

Chaundee is RSCI #34, only player that made the team ranked below him is Chuck O'Bannon who is RSCI #42. He is Ed O'Bannon's nephew.
 
Ouch. AKA Charles O'Bannon's son.
 
I was debating saying that but Ed was much better/famous and sued the NCAA so he deserves it.
