I wouldn't necessarily call myself BuzzOut. I'm more of a BuzzShouldn'tHaveBeenHired. It's a tough spot to be. Fire him (and Wellman) and stop the bleeding now and risk the image of being a crazy program. Let him stay and there will be more damage done to the program. It's a tough spot I tell you.
Well put, though I don't really think we can fire [Redacted]. Wellman, on the otherhand...
What I see happening is us getting to 3rd or 4th in 2013-2014, get in the tournament and maybe win a game or two. Wellman calls it a success and retires. Then we slip to mediocrity (6th-10th in conference), and it takes the new AD 3-4 years to pull the plug.
