I love Brandon's toughness, but he's a terrible defender at this point. He needs to work on his lateral ability. He also gets faked very easily. His balance is really bad.

Not at all. He's a tough kid, but he can't play defense. I'm stunned you don't get it.

Doral is having the issue that most really tall people have. Not all parts of their bodies grow and fit together at the same time. Also their brains need time to properly adjust to having really long arms, legs and torso. That is why so many of these really tall people get good very late in their college careers. It looks like Doral is one of these. He probably would have benefited from a redshirt year, but that so rarely happens in college basketball. This is also why some of these guys really benefit by transferring. Not just the change of scenery, but the extra year to get their body parts to work together.

Doral looks like one of those guys who won't really contribute a whole lot until his junior or maybe even senior year.
