hillary is a pathological liar

Hillary said Bubba and Lynch talked about golf, grandkids, and Janet Reno. Nobody can fill 30 minutes of time yammering about golf and grandkids, but everyone could easily go on for at least 30 minutes just on Janet Reno's Dance Party alone. Trump needs to pipe the fuck down.

lol

Eh, that's not true. Mishandling classified information got the head of the CIA a) fired, b) indicted and c) convicted by this Justice Department. He's a Republican, though.

Further, if as you seem to think, this is NBD, then why did she lie about it repeatedly (other than family tradition)?

Also, the cover-up of the cover-up that makes voters not trust the MSM and establishment (which fuels a Trump campaign emerging from disillusioned America) is itself a story. To wit,

One presidential candidate was interviewed by the FBI today. The other deleted a tweet. Guess which one got more news coverage?
- Andrea Tantaros (via non-embeddable Twitter).

I've obviously not followed this story closely, as let's be honest, we all know whom I'm voting for. But did she lie about it? Seems it was known by everyone that she wasn't using a state department email. Would using a gmail.com address have the same FOIA implications even thought it's not on a private server? If so, why the hand wringing when other SOSs have done something similar?

It's pretty amazing that Loretta Lynch hasn't recused herself. She was appointed to become an AUSA by the subject's husband (which standing alone isn't great), and then she got caught meeting with the same person a week before his wife testifies (bad gets worse). I would think that the Obama administration would want the inevitable decision not to enforce the rules against Secretary Clinton to be free from that appearance.

It would be, if she hadn't done it three days ago.

Saying you are going to rubber stamp the recommendations is not a recusal. Recusal means you step aside and someone with your level of authority exercises independent judgment, including having the power to disagree. She's still going to make the final call, as she indicates in her quote from the article you linked:

"The recommendations will be reviewed by career supervisors in the Department of Justice and in the FBI, and by the FBI director, and then as is the common process, they present it to me and I fully expect to accept their recommendations,"

Yeah. She pretty clearly stated she would not recuse herself the day after she met with Bill.

She also pretty clearly said she would accept any decision that the FBI and prosecutors made, but still wanted to stay informed about the case. If the FBI and prosecutors say indict her and Lynch says no, you might as well hand Donald Trump the Presidency, and I wouldn't blame you for doing that. Planning a clandestine meeting on the tarmac of a public airport seems fairly stupid but claiming that he "saw her plane" and went to say high seems fairly ridiculous also.

To repeat, that is not a recusal. It would be in Hillary's campaign's best interest for LL to recuse herself at this point (not to mention the right thing to do, professionally, from an "appearance" standard), because the inevitable vindication is Trump-porn.

"No charges would be appropriate"- James Comey

"No reasonable prosecutor would make charges."

"No intentional deleting of emails."

But she was "extremely careless," and Comey said at the beginning that the law allowed for prosecution for negligent handling of the emails. Even if you take Comey at face value while not criminal, she still acted in a manner that "no reasonable person" would. Basically, she's not a criminal, she's just incompetent. What a ringing endorsement.

She said nothing she sent was classified at the time. She lied.

She said she turned everything over. She lied.

Arrogant but not criminal seems to probably be the actual description here. Top secret, classified, etc... Are just buzz words thrown around to make things seem worse than they are. Every email, data, etc by most government departments is deemed that until told otherwise. This just another example of Clinton doing something because she does what she wants since she's a Clinton. There is no way to be so incompetent you don't know what you are doing is wrong. Security is hammered into everyone over and over again at all levels.
