You get to take risks on defense and play with wide-open freedom on offense. Why wouldn't recruits want to play in that sort of system? I can see maybe the super intensive cardio work being a turnoff, but that's about it.
 
It looked like VCU tried to foul at midcourt before the 3 but missed. Why when you're up 4? Shaka needs to coach 'um up.

I think it was a little later than that. Think it was Kansas and Holy Cross.
