Prayer Warriors Needed For A Son Of WFU

I attended the service for John this afternoon. His family encouraged everyone to wear black & gold which many did, and John's last wish was to have everyone stand and cheer to the Wake Forest Fight Song. Mission accomplished, John! GO DEACS!
 
I'm saddened by this news!

Cancer is a dreadful affliction. Just yesterday I preached the funeral sermon for a 31 year old friend of my youngest son who died of cancer. Terrible disease.

What a wonderful sendoff for a Demon Deacon! The Deacon Club in Heaven must be something.
