I haven't read the entire article, but it sounds similar to meditation in that you are trying to quiet the mind. I would be interested in it, albeit a little bit hesitant that I might react claustrophobically. Sounds intriguing!

I'm sure there are used tanks out there in that price range. The top of the line tank costs over 20k though.

well yeah. i was thinking used but i'm pretty sure i remember new ones for <$10k as well.
