What "added" TV character bothers you the most?

I get that longer running shows need to add new characters. There have been some good ones. Puddy on Seinfeld comes to mind. But, damn...some of them have been total duds. (And I'm not taking about a one-episode guest star.)

What added characters do you hate?
 
Tori on SBTB was generally terrible.
 
Raven-Symone on The Cosby Show is the first one that ever bothered me.
 
cousin oliver on The Brady Bunch
 
Scrappy Doo, even as a 8 year old I was like “WTF?"
 
Tori is a good one. Ensign Ro on TNG. Andie on Dawson's Creek. Rory Gilmore.
 
the screaming guy on Parks N Rec was pretty awful but yeah, Nellie was a bizarre choice.
 
You know a show is in a bad place when a random kid pops up. Ally McBeal's daughter she never knew she had was the worst. Luke Danes' daughter, also not good.
