72 year old Leonard Hamilton agreed to a 5-year contract extension.

FSU hired Hamilton at 53 years old after 4 seasons at OK State, 10 seasons at Miami and one season with the Wizards. Next year will be his 20th at FSU.
It took him awhile, but Hamilton has figured it out. The names change, but FSU is the same every year: big, athletic and selfless. Unlike Duke and UNC, FSU has been able to recruit both the one and done guys (Scottie Barnes, Jonathan Isaac, Patrick Williams), and the guys that stay for four productive years (MJ Walker, Terrence Mann, Trent Forest). It's not easy to blend a roster of players with different agendas, but he gets his players to give up personal stats for team success. Kudos.
