Retired US Soccer / World Cup Thread (RIP)

McKennie follows up a mid-week goal and game-winner in Champions League (his first professional goal) with his first Bundesliga goal, also the eventual game-winner. Quite a week for him. He’s been playing in a more advanced role for Schalke and it seems to be paying off. Might see him pushed up the midfield more in the upcoming friendlies.

 
Wood with a nice brace in the 1st half in his second start of the year for Hannover. Guy was on a dreadful goal-scoring drought for a long while, glad to see him scoring again.
