I completely agree about Grobe, but for reasons a lot bigger than some guys laughin on the sideline. It's time for him to hang it up.

If that's what he meant, I guess I can buy that. But he said it was a non-issue, not a secondary one.
 
Anyone that attended last year's home games should of realized that the Grobe era was over. This team was finished a year ago.
 
It's just a symptom of the culture Wellman has built within our revenue programs where winning doesn't actually matter.

When Barry Alverez took over at Wisconsin, he brought the seniors into the meeting room and said, "you got your old coach fired, I'm not going to let you do that to me". He cut them on the spot. Terminated their scholarships and sent a message to everyone. Grobe won't do any such thing, because he doesn't have to.
 
he's had at least five years of chances to do that to lobo

Yeah that's a dickish thing to do. Just be a good coach and your seniors won't get you fired.
 
All he would have to do is put Lobo as HCIW, get a young idea guy for OC, and he would have a chance to save his legacy. There are so many questions about the past 3-4 years its hard to watch anymore....

What questions? Things have been headed downhill for awhile. We had a season almost this bad only 3 years ago.
