Totally Unofficial 2015/16 Premier League Thread (NWT)

Sounds like Danny Rose, Vlad Chiriches, and Christian Eriksen are all nearing returns (and could feature against Anzhi/Pool) while Jan Vertonghen's injury appears less serious than originally feared.

Hooray!

I think most fans thought Rose had died. It's been a long-running joke at least.

DV7 comparing JOZY! and Lukaku's time in the EPL is ridiculous and you know it. They have been in vastly different situations.

Of course you've had to use this line of thinking to defend Cuntarito as an elite level striker, so I guess you can't stop now.

Once again Lukaku is better than JOZY!, I'm not saying he isn't. I just don't think bring JOZY! in to replace Lukaku would lead to that much of a drop off. I don't.

There is nothing to suggest your opinion is correct, but you of course have the right to have that opinion.

Manchester United striker Javier Hernández could move to Inter Milan in Jan as part of an exchange deal involving midfielder Fredy Guarín

That would be a great move for United. Guarin is awesome. Though on 2nd thought he's pretty similar to Kagawa, though he can play deeper.

That's absurd (and totally made up). Guarin is about 100x the player Hernandez is.

Sweet...

"Joe Hart is set to return to Premier League action on Saturday, with the 26-year-old in line to start against league leaders Arsenal."

also means he's going to have the game of his life...

This is brilliant.

"Fittingly the Catalan giants will have more than a jersey thanks to a new sponsorship with Intel. The company is joining up as Barcelona’s new technology partner. Forbes reports the deal is for $25 million over five years. It will also include Intel’s name on the club’s famous red-and-blue shirt.

The catch?

The new sponsorship is for the inside of the jersey, fitting in line with Intel’s “Look Inside” "

And so it begins...

I guess you mean, "and so the 2nd chapter begins..."

Couldn't happen to a better guy. Or "little boy." Or whatever.
