Zebras decided this game. Gave all the momentum to the 49ers.

First with the ridiculous personal foul on a legal hit that gave them a FG instead of a punt, then the no call on not only 12 men in the huddle but the headbutt by boldin. That could have been the difference in a FG instead of the TD at the end. Same foul we got flagged for earlier too with a ref right in the thick of it. Inexcusable no call. The NFL wanted a Seahawks vs 49ers matchup it's pretty obvious with how bad the officiating was in the 1st half. The only 1st half Panthers call was one they couldn't hide when the LB jumped over the Panthers line.

We didn't do ourselves any favors in the second half but I truly believe the momentum was lost due to officiating.
