Well, fuck.
NOt yet
OMG, at this point I kind of feel like I've been trapped in a bomb shelter with you guys for a week.
Hmmm. Interesting. It's owned by Blue Star Properties of W-S. Names tied to it are Norman Wiginton and Chester A. Michael III, the owner of Parkway Ford in Winston-Salem. Blue Star was involved in a semi-scandal over former Gov. Bev Perdue's use of the plane for travel while she was governor.
Yea. The more I think about it I don't think Smart or VCU will release any more statements at all. There's nothing to announce; no one's actually reported that we've even offered him the job, VCU has already said he's "committed" to them, so why would Shaka have to say anything else? The next and only piece of actual "news" I'd expect to hear reported from anyone -- candidate, school, agent, or otherwise -- is from Wake announcing a PC at which we'll announce our new hire.

No its not. The name tied to it is David Neill, who owns Mercedes-Benz in WS and is a big UNC supporter
