What do you do with receipts? Is there any reason to keep receipts? I always feel like I shouldn't just throw them away, but then I don't do anything with them and end up throwing them away after they pile up. Any good systems I should try to use?
 
I have a receipt hoarding problem. I keep all receipts for credit card purchases and pretty much never look at them again. Don't know why I bother keeping them but it's habit. Have years worth in little accordion envelopes like this:

As far as I can tell, the only reason I'd need to keep something is for returns (and that window closes within a month of most purchases), charitable donations, or proof of purchase for rebates on bigger stuff. There's no reason I need my weekly gas or grocery receipts. I used to check every charge on my credit cards against my receipts but now I just glance at my statements to make sure nothing seems out of the ordinary.
 
so my gf is at comicon and is like telling me all the cool stuff you can do like she was at the 24 panel and Jack Bauer let out one of his DAMNITS and I guess they'll let you fly a drone at Petco Park

I keep my gas receipts in case I need to return any.
 
I just had a burrito race (fastest to eat a chipotle burrito).

I lost, but I think we both lost. Food coma is gonna be a real issue here shortly, probably among other things.
Mad respect for WFfb115 and her tacos.
 
Did Awar's lady peen blow up bad enough that she can't post anymore? We have lost Awar, BSF (thank god he sucks), WFfb115 died from eating too many tacos.

The Chief went last year, had a media pass, said it was 250k people stuffed into a space for 50k and that it sucked.
 
i like how robbins stopped in briefly for the 4th of july, el chupe said whats up with some radiohead lyrics on the aliens thread, and that's about it from that crew
