None other than my work was taking over my personal life. When I moved the office out of the home I made the separation of the two a priority. After the move clients would call my cell at all hours expecting work to be complete immediately. So I decided I would leave the laptop at the office and us that to say I couldn't do it until the next day. After a week we noticed how much that helped to create a separation of work and home. So unless we absolutely have to work at home, neither of us bring home the laptops. His personal laptop and my personal laptop are now housed at my office.
 
i am torn between looking forward to fall/football/boots/flannel/cyclocross/pumpkinale ...and just reveling in summer's heat and long days. i freaking love sunshine.

We both have one, but not really. In fact, I hadn't touched my iPad at home since mid June until tonight.

Typically if I'm posting at night, I'm doing it from my cell. Instead of surfing the computer with work all night, I do a little housework at night, play and cuddle with our dog, then read a book (not on my ipad) or knit.

Or league does a deadline of the Super Bowl which I think is fucking stupid. I suggested until at least after the draft and people hemmed and hawed in emails back and forth saying they liked rolling the dice. We put it to a vote and it failed 4-11 with one no vote. What the fuck.
 
I started to read the paranormal activities thread and then realized what a bad idea that would be at night. NOPE.

I'm ashamed to say we haven't been yet, though we've been plenty of times before #borderlife. It appears today is New Brunswick Day. Main Street is closed down and they're having a big festival. We, however, are off to the attractions of the Bay of Fundy.
 
I'm so exhausted. My boy was in town and we were up until one on Saturday drinking old fashioned's. Played 18 yesterday morning, snagged lunch on the beach, then hung out at the beach and pool, played some bocce before a huge shrimp dinner.

Came home and caught Hell on Wheels.
 
How do I fix this error message when trying to view the boards from a computer? "An error occurred contacting the DNS server."

Those who participated in that activity enjoyed it per usual. The idea guy behind the S'moreo (which is certainly not a unique idea or name, but it was new to our group) was not smoking though because he is job hunting.
