I am shocked that Wake is only down 10. How did they beat Army?
 
I feel good about this game.

Could be the snappers.

Yep. We aren't running plays that put our poor talent in a good position to succeed.

Two games without an offensive TD.
 
Great effort by the defense. The OL is beyond pitiful and don't see any hope of them getting any better. How Grobe and Lobo could have left the team in this kinda shape is almost criminal. Our QB did not have a great day, but with no line and no rushing what do you expect? It is going to take at least two more like three years to repair the damage Grobe and Lobo did to this team. The left no QB, no running backs, no linemen-- no one could win with that situation. We just have to be patient and take our lumps and not get to down on the young guys. It will get worse before it gets better!
 
We are really wasting one of our better defenses.
 
Wake's team speed looks lots better than past few years
 
The intercepted shovel pass wasn't great but he threw it right to where the RB should have been if the DL hadn't had blown past him.
 
Im not optimistic that the O-line will be better next year. Will Smith is terribad and not an upgrade to Ford, if that can even be imagined. The interior has been just as disappointing.

Sure. Don't run a play that requires the QB to put the ball in a spot the RB very well won't be. And Wolford should have looked before he threw it.
 
100 yards of offense. On the dot.
 
That play was supposed to be an option pitch. That was taken away and he panicked and tried the late shovel pass.

I don't think so. I think it was a fake option.
 
Its so hard for me to fathom that our offensive personal could be this bad. Yale beat Army today 49-43, so obviously freaking Yale must have a better offense than us, let that sink in for a minute.
 
Wolford was just on the post game show, he is one impressive sounding young man. We've just got to put some good players around him.
