UVA tickets

I think it is against the rules to ask for free tickets if you are giving a portion of the gift to the opposing teams fan base.

Probably some kind of pretentious college professor.

Yeah that's me, bandwagon...just because I'm a doctor and have been in training for ten years that hardly makes me bandwagon. Feel free to fuck off and skip my post if you don't want to help.

That's one of the best overreactions I have seen. Well done, BacktoBack.

After considering further, this has to be a troll right? He was waiting for the first response and had his big "doctor" reveal all locked and loaded. No way a real person does that.

The subsequent neg reps and PMs "sticking up for him" would certainly suggest it.

Excellent fucking thread! It escalated very quickly!

I've got one lower level ticket for the game if anyone is interested

Maybe history will repeat itself and February 25th will be good to the Deacs. 34 years ago tonight (February 25, 1981) WF beat #3 Virginia 73-66 in overtime at Memorial Coliseum. It was Virginia's 2nd loss after 28 straight wins. The Cavaliers led 34-20 before Frank Johnson led a Wake comeback with 22 points in his last home game.

(And Happy 75th Birthday to Billy Packer!)

Maybe the loudest Wake game I ever attended.

PM me if you want to unload your lowers for me and my son. He's really loud. And you really should not risk driving in these conditions.

Question for the future: why don't we set up a subforum for ticket exchanges?

Notre Dame handed UVA their first defeat a few days earlier - pissed me off as I was confident we could beat them and wanted to be the first to do so.

And yes, the crowd was very loud for that game.

Were you at the 1976 game at the Greensboro Coliseum when we beat #2 Maryland 96-93? That one was up there in the decibel levels, too.

I did. It was loud. Something about the old airport hanger was incredibly loud.
