Have heard announcers on the Big Ten Network that Wisconsin slapping the ball with two hands means that they don't foul much. It is ridiculous how much they get away with, it's shocking seeing Duke's opponent getting more foul calls.

That's a big reason why college teams don't bother with it. Most teams don't have the talent or discipline to rush shots like that. Get a good shot and play defense is a nice safe option.
