I don't think anyone disagreed that the end of NBA games was way too long. I remember the discussion and you said something ridiculous about fouling down 20 or something that was easily disproven.
 
I'm on my way to a meeting but the thread was titled "More Censorship" and bkf's posts are deleted but you can get a good idea of how easily his claims were dismissed.
 
And college basketball is way worse than the NBA with the pointless timeout. How many times do you see a team hit a shot with like 25 seconds left to cut the lead to ten and the coach instantly runs over to the ref and calls TO? It infuriates me.
 
The last two minutes of an NBA game turn into an MLB game.
 
Your claims on that thread were ridiculous. I don't dispute the 9 minute calculation. I just don't think it's because of coaches and players taking meaningless timeouts and/or fouls. I think the TOs are too long, the refs review too many plays, and there are some games that are back and forth games with a lot of TOs/fouls for perfectly strategic reasons.

hang over from round 1 series. they played so well for most of that. this series has been much more up and down, really highlighting their positive and negative team traits.

Tough loss for MY CLIPS. Didn't stay up for the end up it but I imagine their collapse was due to too much high pick and roll.

As much as I would hate to see it, a dubs-quettes WCF would be like the real Undertaker vs. fake Undertaker WWF storyline of the 90's.
