I never really thought of toilet paper as a toiletry even though it does have toilet in the name. Similar I figured most people used a Q-tip twice - one for each end (but yeah that's semantics).

I thought tampons was obvious, only mitigated by the number of guys who are playing.

Since you were the only person to say Venus Williams, you might have gotten Serena points. If a 2nd person said Venus Williams, and you had said "Williams", I think you would have just gotten 1 point. It's not the shepherd's job to figure out which one you meant IMO. Obviously the shepherd's call there.
