Apparently, a lot of people and coaches disagree.

Moonzy putting in work in the tags.

The deacman faps furiously tag makes me laugh every time

Though I'm not sure I know who deacman is

DeacMan is a long time poster.

Washington does look to be a nice player. He isn't a transcendent talent IMO but definitely fits the bill for a high major guard. Can shoot. Can handle. Can definitely see the court (probably his strongest trait). I like him. Not sure if I love him yet, but I am willing to believe for now. No reason to go sour grapes on manning at this point. I like what he is doing.

We do need a stud to sign and I think guy is going to be Giles.

Looks like a "glue guy" (a term Skip was fond of) that every successful team needs. Welcome Richard!

6'5" with a pure long range stroke makes me happy. He also has good handle and mid range game . Fills a need for sure.

We will have some serious shooters next year

This is a good post and it's worth pointing out that Scout analysts ranked Washington similarly to C.J. Harris back in 2009.

I like Washington a good bit better than Harris at this stage. The size difference is considerable and is court vision and feel is much better. Harris was pretty much just a scorer. He was a very good one for us, but he rarely created for other people. I think Washington can distribute (he isn't going to play PG, but I think by year two or three he could bring it up if they were hounding our PG).
