I don't understand this notion. I mostly like to read but from time to time I have some information so I chime in. We don't often go head to head with K and Duke for a recruit. Because I don't post a lot and it's not what you want to hear it makes me a troll? For your information I have a family member that works for Duke and I come across information from time to time. We are going head to head with K for Giles that is fact. Spreading unicorns and rainbows does nothing for anyone. We very well might sway him him here and I hope we do, but you are basically doing the equivalent of sticking your fingers in your ears and going la la la!

I have it on good authority that David Chase, yes the David Chase, is throwing his hat in the HG recruitment.

Okay so I know Mr. Chase left Wake after one year and I know that Harry was 9 when the last episode of The Sopranos aired but Mr. Chase has always had an affinity for that one year and has agreed to shoot a Sopranos themed recruitment video for Harry. Crazy yeah, but maybe crazy enough to work.

Spoiler alert: it stars fucking Marc Blucas and Minkus.

Or you could just post what you know and also participate in the light hearted ribbing that comes from being a new poster and turn up the sarcasm detector. Although I guess we rib those with lots of posts too. Basically we just make fun of eachother all day. Like the guys on entourage. No one actually doubts what you say.

If your best positioned contact works for Duke, you might as well save it or say up front it might not be reputable. To act like you are getting this inside info from the Giles living room is a bit misleading.

2016 6'9" Eddie Ekiyor will forego his post grad year @ New Hampton, NH this fall. Will reclass for January 2015 reliable sources tell HHC.

2016 Eddie Ekiyor has four scheduled visits in the next couple months —Florida, Miami, Xavier & Vanderbilt. Top big man in Canada
 
Two things worth noting about Ekiyor. He did not list Wake as one of his scheduled official visits so we may not be recruiting him after his run in with the law. But if we are, with Madison Jones' dismissal, we do have room to take him if he wants to enroll in January.
 
Where does hit and run fall on the list of what Wake will and won't tolerate from recruits?

There's got to be some temptation to recruit Ekiyor and redshirt him to essentially be a big for the 2016 class.

Take this with a grain of salt but I know for a fact that we've been saving Reynolda Gardens for his official visit. I can't reveal too much but a stroll through the gardens followed by a picnic featuring a crusty baguette, local charcuterie, and 24 month aged comte may be involved. Let's see Duke or even UK top that. Fat chance.
