Barca vs. ManU/FedEx Field Question

You shoudl check wit the stadium to see how many seats are still available. You might be able to negotiate a decent price with a scalper. It looks like they wil lbe stuck with tickets.

Fun fun fun....some REALLY hot soccer chicks from both sides but fcb wins that one. The metro FUCKING BLOWS or at least it does when they don't anticipate 70000 people flooding the city

Oh come on...every kid remembers and cherishes their first ticket scalping experience with dad.

Or in my case, not having a ticket and sneaking into the game with dad hahaha!

I hope your kid enjoyed watching a bus parked in front of goal for most of 90 minutes to stop Barca's B+ team. I was glad I had the Korea U-20 game to watch and FM11 to play.

I remember mine--for my 10th birthday, my Dad took me to the old Charlotte Coliseum on Independence to watch Davidson play in the first round of the NCAA Tournament against Kentucky in 1986. The first game was Western Kentucky vs. Nebraska. We didn't have tickets, so Dad scalped some in the parking lot--paid $20 apiece for them (which to me at the time seemed like a huge amount of money). Davidson hung in until about the middle of the second half before Kentucky pulled away.

Totally off-topic, of course, but that is a good memory.
 
United started 3 of the 11 that started in the CL Final.
Barca started 6 of the 11 that started in the CL Final.


Neither were the "A" teams.
 
Yes and Barca were without 3 of their best players--Messi, Xavi amd Alves plus arguably the best defender in Pique.
 
Plus we played what, a 2-6-2 with Busi and Fontas as our two defenders. Jonathan Dos Santos as a sort of right wingback and Abidal as a left wingback, with Keita a defensive midfielder, Thiago and Iniesta, Afellay floating around, then Villa and Pedro as strikers. Then our subs aren't even B level, they're guys we bought for experience on the B team (ie not real prospects like Carmona) and guys who were sent out on loan because they weren't good enough for the B team like Riverola and Cuencas, etc. And still United was either bunkered down or just couldn't get the ball.
 
Yeah a lot of the top B team guys weren't there like Rafinha and Deulofeu (the next two big things I think) as well as Montoya, Muniesa, Soriano, and Bartra among others. JDS was about the only option at RB with no Alves, Adriano, Puyol, Pique and Montoya.

United were also a week or more further along in their preseason. I'm not saying the result meant anything. Just saying that Kanhoji once again attacking United for not taking it to Barca's "B" team is a bit absurd considering two players that started for United were out on loan last season!
