Wake Forest vs. Pitt Game Thread - We Are Such Losers

Watching Wake play bad teams is like watching a bad never-ending beer pong game
 
At the end of the post game interview, Manning said he did not know what to say. Kind of like in the dressing room at halftime and in timeout huddles.

We can blame the lack of a play designed to get the ball in safely and to a good FT shooter on coaching.
But the execution is all on CMM, the senior. Throw it long, lead the player away from the defense, bounce it off the defender, call TO - any of these would have been acceptable...
 
Dinos logged 27 minutes and didn't grab one single rebound. Freaking incredible. Good thing Danny Boy kept pushing that button on the way to being outrebounded by 23.

I mean...my 9 year old has been taught this and executed it tonight...inbound pass was no good, so SHE threw it off the defenders leg and we were able to set up a new play. We never practiced it...we just talked about it in the car on the way to a game a few weeks ago.

He ain't no winner. UVA game. Free throws. He plays hard. He has had a very good career. But he ain't no winner.

I see you talked about it with her and she understood and applied those principles in a game. That almost sounds like Coaching. It seems like you may be on to something here. Does Manning know how to talk? It seems like talking may be a good quality to have in a "Coach"

Didn't say he was a winner...the losing stench of [Redacted] can't be washed off. I just feel bad for the guy. He's got talent, but his career will be forgotten because of this cluster f#&* of a basketball program.

I'd be all in on paying KVegas $200K for two years and pocketing the $4 million we save as a signing bonus for a proper coach who could finally get this rebuild underway.
