I'm always much more comfortable in my car than a rental since I'm used to my seats, blind spots, mirrors, and have all my stuff in the car where I want it to be. When my car was in the shop before Christmas, waiting on a part to come in, they offered to let me just take the rental for a week but I preferred to have my own vehicle for the long drive.

I am going to possibly rent a car later this year for a drive to Massachusetts (depending on flight $$$) so this might be decent other car practice too :noidea:

Just got roster for Boy's new tee ball team. 6 chicks, 3 dudes. It's a clam bake.

When I was working at a Y, I coached two basketball teams to championships (8-9 year olds and then 10-11 year olds). Mostly kids from my Day Camp and Afterschool programs. Furious zone defense and transition offense just PUNISHED the competition. It was a great experience.
 
Time change messing me up, especially since I traveled into a different time zone yesterday. Amped up on coffee and excellence though, so I'm alright.

Coached both kids soccer teams from age four till first or second grade. Rec league though with no tournament.

Coached three seasons of boys basketball as a second assistant to try to help keep the peace at practice. We suck.
 
working the polls tomorrow in the eastern part of the state since my dad is running... should make for an interesting day since his competition will deffffff be at the same poll as me. my dad's putting me in jacksonville so i can "bat my eyelashes at the marines" all day. #thanksdad

i wasn't a coach but my 9 year old's team steamrolled their entire basketball league this year. it was impressive. Closest game was 30-14.

i have heard that the polling is going to be a little bumpy tomorrow.
