Bannon & Trump must be channeling Jim DeMint, who wanted 30 idealogically pure Senators. Couldn't pass or block anything, but at least no RINOs. Loyal purists work great for fleecing true believers via a subscriber network, but not for national general elections. Trump's GOTV is making sure they alienate everyone in blue and purple states.

Agree HRC should concentrate on winnable Senate races. GA would be a middle finger to what's left of the GOP, but not nearly as important as maximizing Senate seats.

Yeah at this point I think a 400 EV total for Clinton is just as likely as a close Clinton win.

Holds IA before flipping GA or TX. Getting above 400 EVs is possible, but not probable or optimal. Play for 374 (AZ and GA), but maximizing Dem Senators should supercede maximizing EVs.

You can do both. Odds are if she wins GA, she wins MO too riding Kander's coat tails. If she wins MO Toomey, Ayotte, Burr, and Heck are likely done too. They just need to keep pushing and start revving up the GOTV machine.
