neighbor across the street used to work as a chef, and last night they hosted dinner for a few couples/kids.
he made full-on legit paella, and even got the timing right on the rice to give it that delicious 'cookie' of crispy rice on the bottom of the pan. did a real fish stock w/ heads and all kinds of good fish-y things, had the prawns and chorizo... *drool* my mouth is watering just thinking about it again right now. that, plus many many bottles of vino tinto... pretty much perfect. plus, our new 'hood is awesome and there are some awesome people on the street. looking forward to more socializing with that group.

Yeah, pretty much. And the whole idea that anybody can get a job for $60K at a factory and lead a great life thing because there are so many open jobs without qualified applicants.

And that's why Wake will never win 6 games, the kids these days are just too young. As if spelling "Your" is too much effort for your failed generation. There's a certain amount of pride that's needed to overcome challenges and teams that are better than you. I'm assuming the posters on these boards are indicative of the type of grit that our student body currently posesses, of which our football team is a significant part. Therefore, my bet is as sure of a thing as liberals being disappointed in November.
