Nah. He's a local. Locals can't be terrorists.

Hard to believe that there could be an accomplice without some political or social motive
The article I posted said the shooter had multiple firearms in his room at the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay.
Casinos are some of the most secure places in the world. How on earth does someone get multiple firearms to his hotel room?
I've never gone through any security in a hotel in the U.S., nor any casino. You could bring in anything you want in your luggage.
Oh sure. But there is plenty of security. I bet we will see more metal detectors now.
I'm not an expert by any means, nor have I been in the military, so take this with a grain of salt. But having watched the Vietnam War documentary recently, that gun being fired sounds more like some of those fully auto heavy machine guns with the belt fed ammo than an AR 15 or something that is typically used in these shootings.

Although I doubt he did, he could have legally purchased a fully auto gun from a class 3 dealer. They are crazy expensive (usually 10k and up) and require a lengthy and thorough background check depending on the state. I am not familiar with Nevada gun laws.
Not that it matters, but it didn't sound like a full auto to me. There are a lot of fucked up people in this country.
what? this video doesn't sound like automatic fire to you?

Nevada has some of the most lax gun laws in the country.
