I highly doubt he leaked anything to 247. Meyer or whoever else has access probably saw the Daniels crystal and changed it to Illinois's the leader.
 
The difference here is that either way Wake has a top 10 stud class and even with Ayo Illinois still sucks
 
247 does this all the time. When all the CBs go to one guy, they name him a favorite. Doesn't mean anything at all.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. 247 knows a bunch of people are already checking Ayo's page today because of the announcement, so with 100% of the CBs going to Illinois it's a cheap way to drive some last minute traffic to the site.
 
Yeah not much has changed in the past 24 hours. Illinois has always been the leader. The Evan Daniels CB is concerning but he's been wrong before. Vibes baby

I'm going to have to "yeah but" that. It's not completely up to date. I happened to check it yesterday just to get a snapshot and I noticed Mucius hasn't been added to the grid, though his commitment was mentioned elsewhere in the OP.
 
Why do we as a collection message board take some 247 stuff so seriously but dismiss it other times? Why not just wait 3 more hours without throwing in the towel completely because he was named the favorite on a website that has a lot of wrong on it? I do believe he's going to Illinois but no sense in giving up now.
 
On the bright side, we won’t have to read the top 40 lawyer’s post about how Ayo can’t shoot for shit.
 
So a few hours ago I was at the store on the second rate shopping strip in Chicago where the announcement will be made. It was right up the street from an Urban Outfitters my daughter wanted to buy a sweatshirt from. I must say the Nike store on Michigan Avenue is much nicer. I saw no orange or blue or black or gold streamers or balloons in the store. Thought you'd all want to know.
