Truth is we're just not good. We beat a bunch of cupcakes and Boston fucking College.
 
Two weeks to prepare and this is the outcome. The coaching this game was bad, bad play calling, bad times to go for it on 4th down and not on other times when it was a yard or two and deeper in GT territory. Just so much mediocrity.

Nah. We've lost the three games we were least likely to win. Still like our chances of getting 6. We have to play better though.

I love Clawson. Lot of fire. Just not always sure what our endgame is on offense. In the past our shit offensive line was very limiting. But I don't think that's the issue as much now

That being said, glad I took the over.

Clawson and crew didn't deserve the Vegas respect they got for slowing down GT after an off week. We probably just practiced 7 on 7 QB check downs the whole time.
 
Wolford has been pretty terrible tonight. For a guy who's calling card is his accuracy, he's been wildly off with a bunch of throws.
 
Seat should be getting hot for Clawson but it won't. Wellman will smile like a God damn fool and continue to get the checks. Glad I no longer give to the deacon club or pay for this shit.
 
Perhaps this will finally put an end to the myth this defense is good enough to depend upon.
 
Our offense was total shit in the 2nd half. From the first series.

The offense was humming in the 1st half. We just had no answer for whatever Tech did differently in the 2nd. Tech's defense isn't that good and we only got a FG on them in the 2nd.
 
When he gets hurt, we need to sub in Hinton. Even if only to give him some time with the medical staff. A hurt QB (either one of ours) is not going to make plays.
 
3 pts in the second half. As someone else mentioned, that first possession killed us. A motion penalty, when we aren't even running a play, and then the snap when Wolford wasn't ready. Just a total killer and changed the game. We still don't have decent OL play for the run game, and our our LB play has really regressed this year.
