Is it me or does it appear that this team has had no sense of urgency down the "home stretch"?

I dispute the announcer's assertion that this is an upset.
 
Nothing has changed. Manning was still a bad hire and he's still in over his head. And this is all still on Wellman. He burned Wake Forest basketball to the ground and has continued to douse it with gasoline.

I don’t think it’s an overreaction right now to say that Manning is a bad coach that benefited in his only winning season from one really good player. Given our defensive limitations last year, I always had this nagging feeling that it was a product of coaching, and a part of me just never bought in. I don’t think we will ever be good again under Manning. Hope I’m wrong, but feel free to quote me in a year or two either way.
 
This is the most experienced team we've had in awhile. We've got grown men who can't do jack out there.
 
Going to look at this glass half full. Lots of free time opening up this winter.
