I took one to the Egg Bowl one time. So cold that my wife had to go wait back in the car. Not ideal.

All true...However, I was in club seats sat for ACCCG and only real food options in club is Bojangles and some bbq. Ended up getting food from main concourse.
Are you willing to leave early if necessary? I have same issue with my boy and leaning towards not bringing him to avoid that risk

The first game we took my daughter to was the BC game at Groves before BC joined the conference. We went with my parents and took 2 cars. My wife, Mom and daughter left after the first quarter, they were afraid it was too hot for my daughter. She had just turned 1 at the time. Remember that was a very exciting game and one that I would've been really upset if I had to leave, so taking 2 cars was a good call. My advice, leave the little one at home, so you don't have to worry about it. He/she will be old enough very soon to take to games. It seems like yesterday what I described above happened and yet it's 13 years later and my baby is 14!!!!

i took one (plus two 3 year olds) to the UConn game in Charlotte. We had a drunk UConn girl behind us who was loud as hell in the first quarter, then passed out in the second quarter, then puked between her feet at halftime. I was holding the baby and was slow to react to the fact that one of the 3 year olds turned around and stuck his finger in the vomit. I almost threw up on the baby i was so grossed out. I had to get the drunk girl kicked out, plus get the seat cleaned up, plus disinfect the kids hands.
on the upside, my boys got on the jumbotron with their uncle.

If anyone is interested in purchasing a block of tickets for the Independence Bowl or Quick Lane Bowl please shoot me a pm.
After reading the analysis on the Bowl Prediction thread following the Duke game, I was convinced Wake was being shipped off to Shreveport or Detroit.
Guess I will just have to eat those non-refundable flight tickets as well.

Did you not read any of the comments that most of us made regarding going to Charlotte? We have been in the driver seat for this bowl for the past month.
