I got no emails, either. From my memory of past bowls, I was expecting a blitz of bowl and ticket info coming to me. I ended up calling the ticket office and they were user friendly.

I have received only one email. No other communication. Have bought bowl tickets every time since Tangerine. I know how to get the tickets, but this is crazy. I am at the $3,000.00 + per year level.

Just bought some club seats myself, charged to DR's Amex.

Want the number?

Belk Bowl moved to the Irwin Belk Complex at Johnson C. Smith University to create a better home field advantage for the Deacs. Also, no club level there.

Got my first email from WFU about the bowl yesterday, and it opens with this brilliant "insight":

As you may have heard, the Demon Deacons have accepted an invitation to play in the Belk Bowl against Texas A&M in Charlotte, N.C. on December 29, 2017!

No field goals and have to go for 2 after every touchdown.

Where's everyone parking to tailgate?

At the Meineke Bowl 10 years ago someone organized a meeting spot for all the board members here so we could meet other posters in person.
It was interesting to see what some of you are like face to face...........very different from your online, anonymous persona.
Anyone thinking of doing this again?

Now that would be interesting and fun.

Sounds like Wake has requested more club level seats.

You privileged bastards!!!

I did it for the Orange and Meineke Bowls last time. My personal tailgate has grown so large that it makes trying to organize and run another board's tailgate impossible.

Also the way parking is set up downtown now, it may be very difficult to pick a lot and ask everyone to show up like last time. Parking Panda and a few other sites seem to control most if not all of the parking lots around the stadium.

Donald Ross thinks your tailgate is too big. A smaller tailgate yields more winning. Reduce your size and run a boards tailgate.

Based upon the available tix from the Belk Bowl site, looks like we've also requested more lowers. Hopefully we'll have the entire away side lower and club filled with Wake fans wrapping around to the goalposts.

Also, based upon the amount of blue seats still available, looks like a really good crowd.

If you took the amount of available seats, divided it by 29, then built a basketball coliseum with that number of seats, you could have the greatest basketball program of all time.
