I've read that the whole bestselling "Left Behind" series of books about God and Jeezus punishing all of the enemies and critics of the Religious Right with various plagues and tortures was written on a 7th or 8th grade level, so it fits. I have Southern Baptist relatives in rural NC who loved those books, so I'm sure that Trump does communicate on their level, so to speak.

He was kept behind as a last resort to proselytize to those that were left behind for their lack of faith. Duh.

I dig end of the world books and movies so I gave those left behind books a try and let's just say that ....they sucked. The worst written, hamfisted, schlock I have ever read. I gave up after the first two
 
Trump's comment about not taking people from shithole countries like El Salvador, Haiti, etc. but wanting immigrants from Norway lays to rest any questions about him not being a racist.
