Good question. If not, he could still be charged and perhaps the DOJ's lack of an indictment is just that they are trying to focus on other prosecutions to appear apolitical.

Interesting point you libs blame Trump for everything you don’t like and have 90% of the MSM complicit behind it. Hillary Clinton is still blaming Russia for her loss to Trump in 2016 when she ought to blame her deplorable comment and Comey.

Funny…and they did find that Russia was funneling money to Trump. He’s in jail and Trump promised to pardon him in his second term, from what he has said.
