Sorry if this has been posted, but I wanted to give a shoutout to the Journal and Conor O'Neill for the Wake football coverage this year. There is an article almost every day.

Agreed. It has been really good. Les has also been great with his coverage.

Conor is injecting much more energy into Wake sports reporting than I've ever seen from the Journal. It's really gratifying to see after all those Lennox years.
 
Awesome job by Conor O'Neill! Really does a thorough job analyze us and our positions. Also a good job during bball going thru the games and taking the strategy of the games and what went wrong.
 
I live outside of Charlotte. The Observer doesn't know that Wake Forest exists. We get a lot about Clemson and UNC but not much else.
 
Just bookmarked the Journal sports page. Never done that before. Love the nice brief articles on Surratt and Smenda.

Is there a reason we haven’t heard more about Waydale Jones? Is he further away from seeing the field? Looks like Surratt will start if Washington is out.
 
Conor and Les are killing it. Best coverage of Wake sports ever (even better than Country Dan)! Wow, keep it up guys.

I agree that we have fantastic coverage with Connor and Les. But I still enjoy Dan Collins blog (My Take on Everything) where most of his posts have to do with Wake Forest sports, particularly football and basketball. He is an excellent writer in my opinion and he does take strong positions now that he is no longer beholden to the Journal and the Wake athletic department.
