Wake going against a weaker ACC opponent, what would we like to improve on from the previous games?

Everything. But mostly stamina, run game, and D. So yeah, everything.

Absolutely the running game. I'd say secondary coverage is a close #2. We're letting too many receivers get behind the D.

I was listening to sports radio here in DC this morning and some dude was talking about how ACC football didn't really improve with the addition of Syracuse and Pittsburgh because you brought in two teams that only have two easy wins on their schedule: Duke and BC (in contrast to bringing in a Penn State who would prove its worth/attractiveness as a powerhouse by easily beating half the league). We can't lose to BC.

we just absolutely have to win. the Cuse game may still keep us from realizing our goals, but if we lose to BC we're completely toast.

echo comments on getting more on the ground. everything about this game favors us, but i expect bad things to happen lately when we play BC

Red zone performance. Not giving away early points. BC is key game. Win and hopes for a good season survive. Lose this one we need to win and the wins for a bowl game decrease exponentially. We are better than BC and we need to get tough and show it on the scoreboard. This is where the gift we gave to Syracuse starts to show up.

He made a prediction and said how he feels...not quite the same as making up a story about divine inspiration from the wizard of pointy ball and deriding anyone who dare feel differently. Don't worry, no one is moving in on your market. You've got it cornered.

Agree with everyone else on run blocking. We have the horses, but they need some space to run.

This. We killed ourselves initially by settling for 3 instead of 7 during the Syracuse game. We've got to seal the deal.

Big fan of the cover Tyrese Rice tag

And this. Kudos to whomever wrote the tag.

Must win game. We tend to perform badly in Boston. Hopefully the team keeps focused on BC and isn't thinking about FSU.

What is the latest on Montrel Harris? I would hate for him to be cleared to play next week and BC grab some momentum from his return.

Secondary is #1 in my opinion. We let waaaay too many guys get behind us even this past Saturday. It is necessary in the long term to get the run game going, but if we don't fix the secondary pretty quickly then we could see some scores like last year in the meat of our schedule.
