I disagree with you
but it's more important that we really dig into the Steele document
I bet he only did that to harass them, need some pics:

...increasing the number of female clerks serving the court.
Supreme Court upholds Virginia redistricting saying Republicans don’t have standing in oddest 5-4 breakdown ever.
I wonder if they didn’t intentionally publish those oddly-mixed rulings as the first of the coming bunch and the more expected 5-4s are up next.

In a win for a reasonable interpretation of the Establishment Clause, the SCOTUS concludes the Peace Cross can stay:

It's mind-boggling that this Court refuses to take one of the same sex marriage cases and vote 9-0 against the bigots. It's that easy a case, but due to the horrific, dangerous and moronic Hobby Lobby Decision this group doesn't have moral compass to do the right thing.

Are you upset that the non-delegation doctrine may be coming back to life?
That the SCOTUS may be overturning an old holding?
That conservatives are leading the charge?
Or is this just faux outrage as a way to put pressure on the Court to refrain from overruling Roe?
Don’t you agree that stare decicis is at its weakest in constitutional cases?
It really is the Biden/Schumer Rule.
Schumer said in June or July 2007 that the Senate should not confirm any of Bush’s SCOTUS picks because it was too close to the presidential election. That seems a little too far out from the election for me, but that was his position.
And it’s pretty obvious the Rule only applies when the presidency and senate are controlled by different parties. This is still politics after all.
Ahh, so it’s not a rule, it’s political bullshit tactic that has only ever been employed once; you defended it as a legitimate practice 2-years ago and seem prepared to defend McConnell’s flipping the practice this time around, if it happens. You don’t have a problem with that inconsistency?
Here’s a little refresher to put McConnell’s actions in context:
