As of mid-morning today, there were still 30, yes 30, scheduled flights from NYC airports to CLT that had not been canceled. What in the actual fuck?! I'm sure it's even worse to Chicago, LA, etc.

22 flights operated between the four NYC airports and Charlotte today - Spirit operated their only flight from Newark, Delta operated 1 from LaGuardia (5 cancels) and 3 from JFK (1 cancel), United operated 1 from Newark (four cancels), American operated 5/8 from Newark, 5/10 from LaGuardia, 3/6 from JFK and 3/5 from White Plains. Sounds about right given that American would be more connecting passengers in Charlotte.
 
Nobody needs to go anywhere. Work is from home. No funerals or gatherings. Don’t need to see your family right now given the nature of the virus. There’s literally no reason why anyone should be flying anywhere. Shut this shit down

Also, I'm now watching today's press conference. He's truly insane. Rambling out the names of the leaders involved in the G-20; pronouncing the names like your idiot drunk uncle at a Christmas party; talking about Tom Brady; ranting about fake news; saying one of the members of the G-20 is a wiseguy (used to be a big wiseguy but we dealt with him so now he's just a little wiseguy). I mean, W.T.F?

Watching the Ingraham angle now. They're promoting the British Herd Immunity plan now that the British modeler (who got the damn thing) changed his model
 
There's an alternate universe where President Hillary Clinton shuts down the airlines in early February, the stock market takes a mild dip, a few dozen people die, and the Republican primary field led by Trump pounces on it as the next Benghazi. Trump wins in a landslide.
