There were? I didn’t see any national reporters asking questions. It was the usual suspects.

Getting attention from the reporters who covered the press conference is a good thing. Currie got his message out, without bad mouthing anybody. He fulfilled his own stated obligation to the press. He took an interview as soon as the basketball coaching status of Danny Manning was settled. That is part 1. Part 2 started this morning. That is finding a better basketball coach for Wake.

I think he is the "acting" Head Coach not the "interim". Basically Childress is acting as the head coach until the actual head coach is hired. If he were an interim, he would actually be the head coach until the new coach is hired.
 
I would be curious to see a list of board members that were proven correct, or incorrect, when citing their sauces regarding DMs job status. Who do we trust for solid sources going forward? I think the vast majority of us are thrilled with renewed optimism, and I don’t want to banish anyone with shaky sauces, but it would bean interesting list.

Agreed. Big boy's fine. He, unlike others, admitted he was wrong and was contrite about it.

Did ESPN even carry the story? I mean there are so many other sports stories to discuss right now.
