I’m not interested in just tunneling at you this round - I just don’t agree that vanilla gooner posts with 3 minutes left in round in a tie with my vote on you without claiming vanilla. Maybe I’m wrong.

Finally got through the thread and banter. Eagles’ felt off compared to his normal style but the post about Gouda +175 to incorrectly name eagles as mafia felt like the most organic post of the day. Also tend to agree that Gooner’s been different but I don’t find it alignment determinative at this point.

Since deacon14 says nonny and eagles are the focus I went back through numbers and gouda's posts to see about their mentions of nonny and eagles...
Numbers posts this about eagles.
Obviously gouda was all over eagles.
Who can't be in both mafias...

Doesn't really mention nonny until he votes for him.

Makes me think neither one is in his mafia and he was just looking for a place to put his vote to save himself that didn't look too terrible. Maybe gooner is in his mafia?

I learned the character-player matchups for two players, both still alive. I do not have role or alignment information on them. I don't want to release this information now, in case there are negative drawbacks due to mafia powers. I will be glad to confirm if either of those players claim. I can still use my power.

***Hoop*** or nonny are better choices than Eagles from a purely utilitarian angle. If eagles is mafia he’s likely gonna get cross hit at some point.

He's trying to save himself. This is watching 1-seed Virginia go down to 16-seed UMBC and you're in the front row.

this is eagles playing two mafia game where you can't get as many reads day 1 since people like gouda can play a normal civ game trying to find mafia (e.g. thinking i was bad) so they sound more organic. value comes out d2 on when you can split it by faction w/interactions.

I was mostly asking for why you are now going along with Eagles but that's actually valid analysis on gooner. Although same thing applies to moving a vote to doofus.
