Honestly, the looting isn’t as bad as you’d think it would be with unemployment possibly upwards of 20% during a global pandemic.

Am I supposed to feel sorry for a guy attacking people with a sword or that guy who brought a hunting bow?

Screw that. I don’t feel bad for people who think they’re all big and bad because they have a weapon and then get their ass beat.

Self-defense is beating up the swordsman with fists, rocks, and a skateboard. Did they even take his sword?

Gotta say, it's been extremely satisfying not having any of the resident board prosecutors on here lecturing about the correct time to argue with a police officer. The procedural power dynamic in America between civilians and LEOs is unsustainable. It's absolutely not necessary, and it has, *has* to be changed. Cops can not be judge/jury/executioner on the spot. If that makes their job too dangerous, and no one wants to be a cop anymore, so be it. We will design a new system.
