I'll let George Will explain it to you: "The person voters hired in 2016 to 'take care that the laws be faithfully executed' stood on July 28, 2017, in front of uniformed police and urged them 'please don’t be too nice' when handling suspected offenders. His hope was fulfilled for 8 minutes and 46 seconds on Minneapolis pavement."

Yet it is Democrat city councils and mayors who set the budgets and pay for the militarization. Hell, CMPD got the bulk of their militarization equipment as a part of Charlotte hosting the DNC. And police unions are pretty much the antithesis of conservative ideology, they are a Democrat lovechild. To paint this is a conservative policy is just asinine, this is Demo on Demo crime all the way.

And none of that excuses Trump from being an incompetent, power-hungry asshole, and he should not be trying to capitalize on the situation (though it is cementing his reelection, that is for damn sure). But he did not create this or put the pieces in place. This entire shitstorm stems from decades of urban Democrat leadership.

I meant Tamir Rice instead of Treyvon Martin, unfortunately there are Soo many examples it's sadly easy to confuse them.
